Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Leader with daily operations and staff management. You will drive customer service excellence, coach team members, and help execute merchandising and promotional programs to boost sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Focus on retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.

• Ensure a clean, safe store environment and stock levels.
