Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver customer service, and coach team members to meet targets.

This full-time role offers hands-on management experience, merchandising and marketing program implementation, cash handling, loyalty promotion, and a focus on training and development. Candidates with retail management experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs and promoting the loyalty program.
