Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise staff, coach teammates, and help drive store performance with a focus on customer service excellence.

You will train others, implement merchandising programs, and promote loyalty initiatives while maintaining cash handling accuracy and store integrity. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees and drive retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
