The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, executing merchandising and marketing programs, and driving store performance. You will oversee training, staff coaching, and retention efforts while promoting our loyalty program and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leader in day-to-day operations and lead customer service initiatives.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Maintain cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Ensure a clean, safe store environment and in-stock products.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication; work with the team effectively.
