Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through merchandising, operations, and engagement.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies and operational standards; manage expenses and shrink.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing store culture and community connections.
