Job summary

The North Face in Florida is seeking a Supervisor to lead day-to-day store operations, coach a diverse team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain brand standards, and ensure merchandise is presented to inspire explorers.

You will model selling behaviors, monitor KPIs, and develop associates while fostering inclusion. This is a fast-paced role requiring hands-on leadership, reliability, and a passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning.
