Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain displays and promotional materials.
• Assist with ordering, damage processing, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Support loss prevention and maintain clean, stocked store.
• Supervise and develop store associates; foster a positive work environment.
