Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or equivalent setting preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lead in a high-energy team environment and handle duties efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day store activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize, stock, and transfer merchandise as needed and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and communicate store activities.
