Job summary

The North Face, a VF Corporation brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and drive store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to foster an inclusive, high-performing retail environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales goals.

You will recruit, train, and coach the team, manage daily operations, and ensure visual standards align with brand directives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding with high-caliber talent; provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
