Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist store manager and teams to deliver a great customer experience.
• Lead planning, execution of merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Communicate goals and action plans to associates based on survey results.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with union reps when applicable.
• Support budgeting, labor, and safety targets to drive store performance.
