Qualifications

• Proven ability to use KPIs, metrics and data insights to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Strong collaboration across departments and the ability to influence others to improve store performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience and develop associate interest in customer service to uphold Kroger’s reputation.
• Assist Store Manager in leading teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Assist store manager with action plans communications to associates on survey results.
• Work with department heads to identify store opportunities and create action plans for implementation.
• Role model and uphold the highest level of customer service; resolve associate and customer issues.
