Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Team Leader in day-to-day store leadership and operations.
• Provide direction to Department Managers, Shift Supervisors, and team members.
• Coach and develop leaders; manage staffing, onboarding, and training.
• Help recruit, interview, and maintain staffing levels.
• Promote a positive work environment; drive engagement and retention.
• Review performance; identify opportunities to improve sales and operations.
• Ensure merchandising, inventory, animal care, cleanliness, safety, and store conditions.
• Execute stocking, promotions, price changes, and truck processing.
• Resolve escalated neighbor and team member concerns.
• Support local marketing and store events; cover Store Leader absence.
