Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders and team members accountable.
• Ability to analyze business performance and develop plans to improve results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong operational standards.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company systems.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for store operations, team performance, and results.
• Lead, coach, and develop store leaders and teammates.
• Build a strong leadership team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, develop, and retain a fully staffed team.
• Create schedules that support neighbor service, productivity, and labor standards.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability.
• Maintain inventory controls, cash handling, audits, and other standards.
• Ensure consistent stocking, merchandising, animal care, cleanliness, safety, and store standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and development opportunities.
• Address escalated neighbor, team member, and operational concerns.
