Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Team Leader in day-to-day store leadership and operations.
• Provide direction to Department Managers, Shift Supervisors, and team members.
• Coach and develop store leaders and staff while maintaining accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and staffing.
• Ensure merchandising, inventory, animal care, cleanliness, safety, and store conditions.
• Oversee stocking, promotions, truck processing, and price changes.
• Resolve escalated neighbor, team member, and operational concerns.
• Support local marketing, community involvement and store events.
