What You Bring

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, coaching, and team management
• Ability to maintain high retention, develop leaders, empower employees
• Experience with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, loyalty programs
• Ability to ensure a clean, safe environment and compliance with health and sanitation standards
