Albertsons Companies is hiring for an Assistant Store Director in Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Kern Counties. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and develop teams to deliver exceptional customer service and strong financial results.

Reporting to the Store Director, the ASD ensures continuity of operations, oversees safety and food safety standards, and acts as a key partner in achieving district goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams in a grocery or big‑box environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making in fast‑paced settings.
• Ability to analyze sales and labor data to guide actions.

Responsabilités

• Drive store conditions, sales, and team effectiveness through disciplined execution.
• Oversee staffing, training, and leadership to ensure customer focus and operational excellence.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and standards across the store in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with Store Director and HR on staffing and employee relations to build bench strength.
