Albertsons Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Director (ASD) to lead daily store operations and manage a 100+ member team in conjunction with the Store Director. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance while ensuring top customer service and operational excellence.

The ASD role includes supervising cash handling, safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies, with focus on maximizing efficiency and store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of assistant manager experience responsible for managing a department/team within a multi-department operation - OR - Two years' experience as a department manager with responsibility for managing a department/team within a multi-department operation

Responsabilidades

• Overall management responsibility for operation of retail grocery store during absence of Store Director and for store performance, cash control, inventory and security.
• Forecast, schedule, and monitor labor to align with sales and budget guidelines; create action plans to address cost control issues.
• Monitor customer service quality and ensure employees provide superior service; train and develop staff; manage performance and scheduling.
