Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in grocery or large-format retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience using operational and financial reporting to support decision making, labor planning, inventory management, and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong store conditions and sales results by supporting financial performance for the Grocery Department and total store.
• Align labor coverage to current and projected sales to ensure proper staffing and control overtime.
• Ensure consistent execution of merchandising programs, schematics, signing, promotions, inventory levels, and vendor displays.
• Oversee stock receipt and inventory controls to reduce out-of-stocks and shrink while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, develop, and supervise store associates, building talent and bench strength across the store.
