Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking a Lead Swell Attendant to coordinate merchandise receiving, inventory, stockroom operations, and replenishment while supporting exceptional guest experiences in Swell Boutique.

The role partners with boutique leadership to maintain accurate inventory, visual and operational standards, and to contribute to boutique sales goals. Reporting to the Director of Spa & Retail, it offers a pathway to growth in luxury retail operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail, inventory, stockroom, or a related environment.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with point-of-sale or retail inventory systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn procurement and retail management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, unpack, and process incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy against packing documentation.
• Enter merchandise into retail systems and ensure products are correctly ticketed and prepared for the sales floor.
• Prepare merchandise for presentation and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and assist with replenishment.
• Support revenue goals by providing personalized luxury service on the sales floor.
• Coordinate returns, replacements, and shipment of merchandise as needed.
• Assist with trunk shows and special boutique events.
