Job summary

Tejviholdings is seeking a full-time Assistant Spa Manager to oversee sales operations at its franchised spa location. You will be accountable for hitting sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting growth over the next 12–36 months.

The role offers base pay plus commissions/bonuses, flexible scheduling, health benefits, 401K with employer match, paid vacation, and employee perks. Prior retail/sales experience is preferred, with management experience a plus.

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor staff toward sales goals

Franchised Spa is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to oversee its sales operations. The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible and accountable for achieving sales targets while providing an exceptional level of customer service. This location is in a highly desirable market, and the position has tremendous growth potential in the next 12-36 months.

Assistant Spa Manager position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate the ability to SELL!
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations
• Initial and ongoing training of front desk staff relating to sales
• Responsible for Spa conversion rate
• Achieving financial results
• Ability to coach and mentor staff relating to sales goals
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
