Job summary

Jackson College seeks an Assistant Coach to aid in recruiting and monitoring student-athletes in soccer. Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating practices, and supporting student-athlete success.

The candidate must possess coaching experience along with an Associate Degree, and must be CPR/First Aid certified, or able to obtain certification. Work environment can be loud, demanding, and requires the ability to manage multiple athletes.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background.
• Three years of coaching experience required.
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in recruiting student-athletes.
• Coordinate practices, games, and team travel.
• Support student athlete preparation and transfers.
