Qualifications

• Strong communication and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting prospective student-athletes.
• Develop preliminary scheduling and season plan.
• Supervise volunteer coaches and student-athletes.
• Promote sportsmanship and fair play.
• Coordinate practices, travel, and competitions.
• Adhere to NJCAA/MCCAA rules and college policies.
• Represent the college positively with stakeholders.
