Express Wash Concepts is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for Clean Express Auto Wash in Maumee, OH. You will support store operations, help drive sales, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1 year of leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, with de-escalation skills.
• Basic IT skills; proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible hours including weekends; open/close shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to fulfill the company mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling; monitor expenses and conduct basic P&L checks.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, inventory, and safety procedures.
