Job summary

Express Wash Concepts in Toledo, OH is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to help run a fast-paced car wash location. You’ll support the site manager, drive customer satisfaction, and promote monthly unlimited wash packages and upsell products.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership and 2 years in customer service, with availability on weekends. We offer health benefits, 401(k) with 4% match, training, uniform, and paid vacation as part of a growing, award-winning company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT proficiency and ability to use POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
