Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC in Maple Heights, Ohio, is seeking a proactive Site Manager for our Clean Express Auto Wash location. You’ll be the main point of contact for customer service issues, drive sales goals, educate customers on unlimited wash club benefits, and maintain the site’s appearance and performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operations role, strong communication, and a track record of coaching teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintain wash site operations and equipment knowledge.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new Team Members.
• Manage site scheduling and labor budgets.
• Oversee inventory and place orders as needed.
• Conduct team performance reviews and ensure policy alignment.
• Close the site one night per week.
