Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in leadership roles and customer service.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff, with de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to run daily store operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead sales efforts, present monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upsell products.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to achieve growth and mission delivery.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and basic P&L controls.
• Ensure safety, cash handling, and inventory procedures are followed.
• Provide coaching and training to staff; address escalations calmly.
