Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Columbus to help run daily store operations, drive sales of unlimited car wash packages, and coach staff. You will support the site manager, manage scheduling, ensure quality and safety, and resolve customer escalations while upholding the company’s standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year leadership and 2+ years customer service experience, with IT/POS proficiency and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers.
• Ability to follow clear directions.
• Capable of closing/opening the site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations and customer service needs are met.
• Lead sales efforts and upsell unlimited car wash packages.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company mission.
• Manage labor scheduling and monitor expenditures (P&L).
• Maintain quality control and safety procedures; perform cash reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory and orders; support safety protocols.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn wash processes to expand knowledge and opportunities.
