The role requires a high school diploma (associate/bachelor preferred), 1 year of leadership, 2+ years in customer service, and basic IT skills including POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience; de-escalation skills.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site store operations and ensure customer service needs are met.
• Lead sales efforts and promote monthly unlimited car wash packages.
