• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service and greet customers with a smile
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships
• Guide guests through packages and membership options
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and maintain site standards
• Open/close site responsibilities and manage equipment and safety
• Recruit, train and motivate staff; manage inventory and costs
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and maintain a clean facility
