Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to be the right hand to the Site Manager, driving daily operations, developing the team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences. You’ll lead when the Site Manager isn’t present, and you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on leadership, proven supervisory experience, and a passion for coaching and improving site performance.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and dependable presence on site.
Proven supervisory or shift management experience.
Strong real-time coaching and feedback abilities.
Demonstrated ability to handle team conflict constructively.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day operations, supporting daily operations, staffing, and site performance.
Build a winning team by supporting recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
Coach and develop talent with real-time feedback and leadership growth.
Handle conflict head-on to address issues promptly.
Set the service standard to deliver fast, friendly experiences.
Drive performance by monitoring daily metrics and taking action to improve results.
Hold the site independently when the Site Manager is out.
Keep the wash equipment operational and ready for consistent results.
