Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at our Perrysburg, OH location. The role focuses on running daily store operations, driving upsell of unlimited wash packages, and leading front-line teams to deliver outstanding customer care.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or higher, at least one year of leadership experience, and familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

• Manage labor, scheduling, and daily expenses for effective P&L control.
• Handle cash management procedures, daily reconciliations, and deposits.
• Oversee inventory and supplies; assist with orders and quality checks.
• Ensure safety protocols and SOPs are followed; address customer escalations calmly.

You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.Successful management of labor and staff schedulingEffective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expendituresMaintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.Learn wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.Further growth through educational/training opportunitiesPerform other related duties as required and assigned.What You’ll Need to ShineHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.Capability to provide and follow clear directions.Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.Ability to coach, mentor, and trainPresent professional image according to appearance guidelines Work Environment and Physical DemandsRequired to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Ability to lift 25lbs.Express Wash Concepts provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or genetics.
