Qualifications

• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist site manager to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Lead sales efforts and upsell monthly unlimited packages.
• Manage recruiting, training, and scheduling of staff.
• Monitor P&L via chemicals, utilities, and expenses.
• Perform quality controls and cash handling tasks.
• Oversee inventory and safety procedures.
• Resolve customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn wash processes and equipment for knowledge growth.
