The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on oversight of staff, scheduling, inventory, and safety procedures, with growth opportunities into management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train others.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations run smoothly and meet customer needs.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products.
• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Manage recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Oversee labor scheduling and monitor P&L expenditures.
• Ensure safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Perform other related duties as required.
