Express Wash Concepts LLC’s Clean Express Auto Wash in Madison Heights, MI is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to help run daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll lead by example, manage staff, and drive sales of monthly unlimited wash packages while upselling products to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers.
• Capability to provide and follow clear directions.
• Ability to close the site two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
• Present professional image according to appearance guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates and meets customer service needs.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Maintain day-to-day on-site store operations and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory, manage cash handling and daily reconciliations.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality control checks are followed.
