Express Wash Concepts’ Clean Express Auto Wash in Bloomfield Hills, MI is hiring an Assistant Site Manager. Earn $22.00/hour and help oversee daily store operations, drive customer service, and lead a team to meet sales goals.

You’ll manage scheduling, assist with recruiting, and uphold safety and quality standards while learning wash processes and growth opportunities within a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, with de-escalation experience.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling and P&L oversight.
• Perform cash management, reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; assist with orders.
• Adhere to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
