Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates/bachelors preferred.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service, including de-escalation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure daily store operations.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting unlimited wash packages and upselling products.
• Recruit, coach, and motivate teams to achieve the mission.
• Manage labor and monitor financials (P&L, utilities, chemicals).
• Maintain quality assurance and safety protocols.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
