Express Wash Concepts is hiring an Assistant Site Manager in Waterford, MI. Earn $22.00 per hour with opportunities for incentives based on site performance, and grow into leadership roles as you contribute to fast, eco-friendly car wash services.

You will support daily store operations, drive sales of unlimited wash packages, and lead a team while ensuring exceptional customer care and adherence to safety standards. A strong customer-service mindset and basic IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT proficiency including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets customer service needs.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and drive store growth.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
• Oversee P&L through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Maintain quality through QA checks and standard operating procedures.
• Handle cash management with daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and assist with orders.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge base.
• Pursue growth through training opportunities.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
