El Car Wash in Davenport, FL is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and ensure every customer experience is top‑tier. You will be the right hand to the Site Manager, running the site when they’re away and driving performance across metrics.

You’ll recruit, onboard, and schedule staff, coach in real time, and address conflicts directly to maintain a fast, friendly, flawless operation. High school diploma required; hospitality or retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or shift leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop staff in real time.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Operational focus on labor, scheduling, and throughput.
• Customer-first mindset under pressure.
• Comfort with reading daily metrics and taking action.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations and ensure site performance.
