Job Description

NAPA IBS manages a supply chain program that procures and manages parts, tires, fluids, and other inventory for various clients including airlines, government agencies, transit, and private fleets. This full-time position is located inside the Collier County Sheriff Fleet Garage.

Work Environment

• Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm, with possible extended hours during emergencies.
• Work in a fleet shop environment, possibly without air conditioning, with exposure to fumes or airborne particles.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Process electronic part requests and fulfill work orders using approved vendors.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, barcoding, and proper storage.
• Operate delivery vehicles as needed and maintain site cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Federal background check and valid driver’s license required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Parts knowledge, especially in police, fire, EMS, automotive, or related industries, is preferred.
• Ability to source hard-to-find items, work on feet for entire shift, lift up to 60 pounds, and operate moving aids.
