Responsibilities

• Create a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration, store growth, and increased sales and profitability.
• Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement.
• Partner with your teammates to drive store initiatives.
• Care about people and profit.
• Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Manage inventory, assets, safety, and cleanliness of the store and delivery vehicles.
• Drive operational and marketing programs, and enhance customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses preferred.
• Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket or related hobbies.
• Passion for customer care and building relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Preferred: Automotive industry background, ASE certifications, NAPA Know How, experience in retail or automotive sectors.
