Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator for after-school programs serving youth in Southern California. You will support the Site Coordinator, supervise students, manage attendance, and help run indoor and outdoor enrichment activities.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in after-school programs, strong communication with kids and parents, and either 48+ college credits or a proficiency exam. TB test and Live Scan are required; bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• College transcripts showing 48+ credits or an academic proficiency exam.
• TB test and Live Scan background check.
• English-Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Coordinator as the second point of contact for families and staff.
• Supervise students during after-school activities and ensure safety.
• Develop and lead enrichment activities and clubs.
• Track attendance and support grant/compliance requirements.
