Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Irving, TX is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager. This role includes paid training, leading the shop floor, and ensuring customers receive quick, friendly service while cars are serviced.

You will help manage daily operations, assist with inventory, and train new team members in the Take 5 way. Strong candidates bring a customer-service mindset and leadership potential; prior repair shop experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Act as Shop Manager in the Manager’s absence and lead the floor.

• Train new employees in Take 5 procedures and values.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and cleanliness of the shop.
