Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a busy shop and learn the Take 5 way. Paid training helps you develop shop-management skills while driving customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

You will oversee payments, execute opening/closing procedures, manage inventory, and mentor crew members. The role offers hourly pay with weekly bonuses and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Must be able to lift to fifty pounds.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor (ensuring each employee is where they need to be and customers are satisfied).
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
