Job summary

Driven Brands, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Pflugerville, TX to lead a fast-paced automotive service team and support daily shop operations. You will help ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service and step in as Manager on Duty when required.

Responsibilities include training new staff, coaching in real time, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with inventory and reporting. Automotive experience is valued but not required, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• 6 months+ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide direction and feedback to the team.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and coordinate workflow.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory counts.
