Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team and support the Shop Manager in daily operations. You will develop staff, ensure top-quality service, and maintain safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Automotive experience is valued but not required. We offer paid training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive path from technician to leadership roles across the country.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following and maintaining safety policies and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Complete our Certified Technician training.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, coordinating workflow and guiding the team.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and address customer needs professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while reinforcing procedures and safety standards.
• Support shop performance by identifying opportunities for improvement and taking on leadership tasks when needed.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Perform Certified Technician and Lead Technician responsibilities.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with daily inventory counts and adjustments.
• Support shop communication, reporting, and follow-up.
