Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure safe, high-quality service on the shop floor.

You’ll train new team members, step in as Manager on Duty, and help drive customer satisfaction while maintaining company procedures and safety standards.

No automotive experience required, paid training provided; growth path from technician to leadership is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring safe and efficient service.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Assist with inventory and reporting as part of shop operations.
