Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced auto service team on the shop floor. You’ll assist the Shop Manager with daily operations, drive a safe, efficient customer experience, and step in as Manager on Duty when required.

We provide paid hands-on training to teach technical skills and service standards. Automotive experience is valued, but not required, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles through strong performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and coordinate workflow.
