Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Ohio. You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and a fast, friendly customer experience. Training is provided; automotive experience is valued but not required.

You may step in as Manager on Duty to coordinate workflow, uphold safety, and drive high-quality service. Opportunity for growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• 6 months of leading, coaching, or mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shop operations and staff development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring safe and efficient service.
• Model friendly customer service and respond to customer needs professionally.
• Enforce safety policies and company procedures on the shop floor.
• Support inventory, reporting, and open/close procedures.
