Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager in Ohio to lead daily operations on the shop floor, help develop the team, and maintain a fast, friendly customer experience. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing service quality and compliance with safety standards.

We provide paid training to teach the Take 5 way, and automotive experience is valued but not required. Competitive hourly pay and clear career paths support your growth in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed to coordinate workflow.
• Model fast, friendly service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while upholding safety standards.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory checks.
