Responsibilities

• Check in with customers before they leave the shop to ensure they had a great experience.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor, ensuring staff are in place, vehicles checked, and customers satisfied before they leave.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train and develop subordinates; be a role model to the team.
• Hold team members accountable.
• Perform technician duties including oil changes, filter changes, fluid checks, and related tasks.
